Lapitec dresses Berloni kitchens in Bianco Assoluto

An icon among "Made In Italy" kitchens has chosen full body sintered stone for its creations: Lapitec enters the Berloni catalogue as a material for worktops. The company from Pesaro has chosen the pure refinement of Bianco Assoluto, a colour selected because of its level of saturation and its capacity to enhance the kitchen design. This shade is at the lightest end of the Lapitec colour palette and marries perfectly both with darker colour tones and lighter shades. For the moment Berloni has included 12 mm and 20 mm thicknesses in the catalogue, in two preferred finishes: Lux, with its natural ability to delicately reflect light, and Satin, soft and delicate to the touch owing to its refined texture.

The aesthetic properties of full body sintered stone are combined with characteristics that make the difference, especially in kitchen applications – both indoor and outdoor. Lapitec is in fact a completely natural material, free of resins and therefore resistant to heat. Its composition makes it stain-resistant, easy to clean and scratch resistant, while the exclusive Bio-Care technology makes Lapitec a self-cleaning and antibacterial material.

The large sintered stone slabs are also suitable for any kind of technological application: worktops can be equipped with Pitt cooking systems, integrated induction hobs (through a patent developed with the University of Padua) or with refrigerating or heating zones under the worktop, right up to the latest capabilities, such as the touch worktop, developed in collaboration with Vimar.
