Elegance in black velvet.
In this Santos kitchen, on display at Docrys & DC in Spain, black is combined with surfaces and decorative elements in a walnut finish. The effect is extremely stylish, in a context of neutral colours that puts the kitchen at the centre of attention.
The central island is designed with an L layout and is surmounted with a Lapitec Nero Assoluto Velluto countertop in the 12 mm thickness. The structure of the base ensures that the countertop, suspended for a fourth of its total surface area, can house two stools and be transformed into a snack corner when required.
The essential design of the module is preserved with the insertion of the sink and the cooking area so that they are level with the countertop.
Lapitec black – deep and smooth.
The Nero Assoluto Velluto finish undergoes a surface treatment that makes it silky to the touch and warm. The result is incredible, especially for a 100% natural stone material like Lapitec. The mechanical processing does not compromise the material’s characteristics, in particular the non-porous surface that makes it inhospitable to bacteria.
